Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an in-house PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

to provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition, and other pertinent information as required.

PTA Duties Include:

+ Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
+ Respond to requests for service by relaying information and referral to Registered Physical Therapist.
+ Implements and modifies the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment with RPT supervision
+ Measuring & recording Residents motor function, strength, and muscle performance
+ Monitors patient responses to treatments and modifies them during treatment sessions as necessary.
+ Observe residents and write progress reports.
