Travel Long Term Care Physical Therapist ( PT ) - $2,407 Gross Weekly Pay
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Travel Long Term Care Physical Therapist ( PT ) for a skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care, and long-term care facility located in Hartford, Connecticut!

Assignment Details for this Travel Long Term Care Physical Therapist ( PT ) Role:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour schedule
- 8-hour shifts: day shift
- 13-week contract with potential to extend
- Active PT License in Connecticut required
- 12+ months applicable experience in LTC/SNF/LTAC
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- $2,407 gross weekly pay to include a $1,407 non-taxed stipend
- Up to $500 one-time, travel reimbursement paid out first check!
