Job Description
LOCATION: Wasilla, AK CLIENT: Advanced Physical Therapy of Alaska
SETTING: OP
START DATE: End of Sep/beginning of Oct
GUARANTEE: 40hrs GTE
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: Prefer 17+ weeks at a time
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Any outpatient PT experience. No new grads.
STAFF: Other PT\xe2\x80\x99s on staff - Techs to clean the rooms \xe2\x80\x93 but do NOT assist in treatment
EMR: Prompt
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 8/12 PPD depending on the schedule. Treatment/eval times are 40-60 minutes, one on one with each patient
SCHEDULE: Days, M-F
ADDITIONAL INFO: Shanda has TOA here now
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Must have AK license (client has been running into it taking > 60 days to be issued).

BILL RATE: $85-$95 BR DOE and clinic location
