About The Job:

This position evaluates and treats patients of all ages. Develops treatment plans with involvement of family/support systems to meet the individual\xe2\x80\x99s functional goals. He/She provides direct supervision of support personal as related to patient care.

What we are looking for:

Education:

Graduate of Physical Therapy Program.

Must possess/maintain license in the State of Iowa.

Experience:

One year in outpatient areas preferred.

Special Skills and Competencies:

Ability to have good relationships with people while dealing with a variety of physical disabilities.

Must be able to read, write and/or speak English.

Must provide proof of Basic Life Support (BLS Provider-American Heart Association or Professional Rescuer-American Red Cross) prior to employment or within 30 days of hire and maintains current status.

Must provide proof of Mandatory Reporting for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training prior to employment or within 6 months of hire and maintain current status per State of Iowa guidelines.
