We\'re seeking a talented Physical Therapist with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is passionate about providing quality care and helping patients achieve their goals. As part of our collaborative team, you\'ll use advanced technology and equipment to develop customized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical conditions. You\'ll conduct evaluations and assessments, educate patients on techniques and exercises to continue their care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and state licensure as a Physical Therapist. We are open to new graduates as well as experienced Physical Therapists.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and exams for new patients
• Diagnose and evaluate physical limitations
• Create a treatment plan with goals and completion dates
• Prescribe and teach PT intervention techniques and exercises
• Monitor and track patient progress
• Educate patients on techniques for continuing care

• Accredited PT program graduate
• Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in WY
• Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
