Looking for part-time 90-100 units clinicians able to work a minimum of 4 days but would be open to interviewing full-time or PRN.

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the New Milford area of Connecticut. All billed as Medicare Part B. We\'re looking for someone with a minimum availability of 2-3 patient visits per week. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 2-3 weekdays of availability. Full-time is also available. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population. Overview:

A growing organization is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the New Milford area of Connecticut. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference. At a minimum, we\'re looking for someone with a minimum availability of 2-3 patient visits per week.

The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package & the opportunity for overtime pay!
