Deliver individualized, evidence-based care that achieves patient goals.
Communicate clearly and confidently so patients understand and commit to their plan of care.
Build relationships that inspire referrals and long-term loyalty.
Maintain timely documentation and contribute to team education.
Represent PAC in community workshops and outreach events.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed (or license-eligible) in Wisconsin.
Strong communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Teachable, growth-oriented, and motivated to pursue advanced credentials (OCS, GCS, Fellowship, etc.).
Confident treating independently while collaborating in a team-driven environment.
