TITLE: Physical Therapist LOCATION: Grangeville, ID Are you considering a career change? Position is located in a beautiful area of Idaho that offers around 400 miles of River and has been rated as a Top Outdoor area to live in. With a 50K population the area still remains peaceful and quaint while having several stores for retail shopping, medical facilities and much more. Below is the details of the position. What they are looking for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy \xe2\x80\xa2 Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho or able to obtain prior to starting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Current BLS Hours and Compensation potential: \xe2\x80\xa2 Position is day shift. \xe2\x80\xa2 The range on the position is between $71K-$96K depending on experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 The facility will offer a full benefit package including a sign-on bonus of 10K. What you will be doing: \xe2\x80\xa2Under the general direction of and upon physician referral; to assess the functional needs of physically disabled patients, develop treatment goals, plan and implement appropriate treatment plans utilizing a variety of physical therapy treatment procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2Based upon the treatment diagnosis of the patient, OBJECTIVELY and QUANTIFIABLY assess a baseline level of physical function for each patient referred. Such evaluations should include baseline assessment of pertinent medical and onset history, cognitive function, sensory-perceptual-motor function, functional mobility, and pain control. This baseline information should be sufficient to adequately form the basis of treatment outcome goals. \xe2\x80\xa2Based upon the initial assessment of the patient, identify functional needs and establish appropriate treatment outcome goals. Such goals will be established as an expected outcome of the patient\'s treatment plan, will be expressed in measurable terms, and will be realistic and appropriate to the patient\'s condition. \xe2\x80\xa2Based upon the treatment outcome goals established for the patient, plan and implement treatment programs designed to achieve or significantly progress toward achievement of outcome goals. Treatment programs will be dynamic relative to the clinical response of the patient and will achieve a level of consistency and continuity that will enhance the patient\'s clinical response.
