We are seeking a

L

icensed Physical Therapist

to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape an integrated, high-performance rehabilitation program within a forward-thinking orthopedic center.



The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable clinician who enjoys both hands-on care and collaborative teamwork -- someone who wants to be part of a practice that delivers comprehensive care under one roof.

Key Responsibilities:




Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques. Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and athletic trainers to coordinate patient care. Educate patients on exercise, posture, and injury prevention to promote long-term wellness. Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Support program development for onsite rehabilitation and community outreach.



Qualifications:




Physical Therapy training (DPT or PT)

from an accredited program.

Active Maryland PT license (or eligibility for licensure)

. Strong background in

orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation

. Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Enthusiasm for innovation, patient engagement, and professional growth. Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.



Schedule & Compensation:




Full-time or part-time positions available. Flexible weekday schedule with potential for some Saturdays.
