Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs based on PT & physician recommendations and patient goals. Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving the maximum level of function. Implement comprehensive therapeutic interventions using exercises, therapy techniques, and specialized equipment. Document patient care, interventions, and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including PTs, surgeons, PAs, Nurses and other therapists, to optimize patient care. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in physical therapy. Pilates experience preferred

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program Appropriate licensure. At least 2 years of clinical experience is preferred. Recent licensed Assistants are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
