Physical Therapist - Acute Care (California)
Seeking a Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team supporting older adults through restorative and rehabilitative therapy. This role focuses on maximizing safety, function, and independence with sustainable patient volumes and long-term participant interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct PT assessments in facility and occasional home visits
  • Develop care plans in IDT meetings
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions (exercise, gait, muscle re-ed, ADLs)
  • Document treatment according to plan
  • Supervise Therapy Assistants and support FMP programs
  • Train participants, caregivers, and staff on equipment use
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Master's/Doctorate preferred)
  • Valid California PT license (or eligibility)
  • 2+ years clinical experience with frail/elderly population preferred
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience ideal
