Title: Dish Washer Pho Sai Gon is the first authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Bozeman, MT. We are currently looking for hard-working, dedicated people to join our team. Previous experience is highly preferred, but not required. If you love to learn more about Vietnamese foods, we would love to have you on our team. We are looking for Dishwasher to properly clean and sanitize all plates, utensils, glassware, and kitchen wares to make sure there is a steady supply of clean dishes. Base pay is range from $15 to $17 per hour. The position will be in the tip pool which will add about $2 to $5 per hour on top of the Base Pay. Main Responsibilities of a Dishwasher: \xc2\xb7 Being on time for scheduled shifts \xc2\xb7 Check all chemical and cleaning products inventory and station supplies with proper rotation and storage schedules. \xc2\xb7 Carry out station opening, closing and side duties as directed by the Chef/Manager. \xc2\xb7 Maintain workstation for cleanliness and organization. \xc2\xb7 Understand and adhere to set standards, procedures, rules, and sanitation requirements. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper equipment temperatures on dish machine for proper cleaning of hard wares. \xc2\xb7 Handwash large pots, pans, and equipment properly. \xc2\xb7 Report items that have excessive waste coming to the dish area. \xc2\xb7 Proper cleaning procedures for all equipment and station small wares.
