As Phlebotomist I or II you will be responsible for obtaining quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods (venous, capillary, arterial, and line collections) using standard safety equipment from all age groups. You will provide rapid response to medical emergencies such as traumas and codes.
Working as a Phlebotomist at Mayo Clinic, you will be working both independently and as a team, actively partnering with team members by fostering an inclusive work environment, and respecting others with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. You will interact with patients, nurses, providers, and other health care professionals to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
