Job Description

Full-time excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician to make the switch from being underappreciated at a chain pharmacy to being very much appreciated at an independent community pharmacy. We close at 6pm so no evening hours. Only work every 4th weekend, this means you work that Saturday from 9-1. No Sundays.

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and ensuring accuracy- Prepare and package medications for distribution- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies- Enter prescription information into the computer system- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals- Follow all pharmacy policies and procedure.
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
-Experience in a retail setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
