Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including compounding, labeling, and packaging

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of medications

- Operate and maintain production equipment, such as automated dispensing systems and compounding equipment

- Adhere to safety and quality standards, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with other pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

• National certification (from either the NHA or the PTCB) or enrolled in a board-approved pharmacy technician program
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently or as part of a team
• Stand for extended periods of time

Compensation details: 16-20 Hourly Wage
