What You'll Be Doing:
You'll work closely with providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure medications are authorized, covered, and delivered without unnecessary obstacles.
Your day-to-day will include:
Verifying prescription benefits and patient eligibility
Submitting and tracking prior authorizations
Reprocessing claims and resolving coverage issues
Communicating clearly with patients about next steps and timelines
Connecting patients with copay assistance and savings programs
Navigating PBM policies, step therapy, and formularies
Removing barriers that delay or prevent medication access
Maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR (Liberty experience is a plus)
Collaborating with clinic staff to ensure timely medication delivery
Protecting patient privacy and following HIPAA guidelines
What Were Looking For Experience:?
?2+ years in pharmacy, prior authorizations, benefits verification, or insurance billing
Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus
Liberty EHR experience is a bonus
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Licensure:
Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician license preferred, not required with relevant experience
