Duties

As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Working check-out in store and drive through. Learning our computer system and how to locate medications and where they are in the filling process. Answering phones promptly and politely. Assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Providing exceptional patient service Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Managing inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and supplies within the pharmacy. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations related to pharmacy operations. Our shifts are 8:00am to 5:00pm; 4 days per week. We expect you to arrive at least 10 minutes before opening but earlier is available. Work up to as often as every other Saturday if needed, off every Sunday. Correctly managing orders that come through each morning.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably within a retail environment. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Good computer skills and ability to catch on quickly.
