This role starts part-time and transitions to full-time in June, giving you a chance to grow with us while enjoying a balanced work schedule--no weekends required!

What You'll Do:

Receive, verify, and accurately process prescriptions Prepare medications, including counting, mixing, and labeling Assist patients with questions and provide outstanding customer service Verify 340B eligible patients and support efficient pharmacy operations Operate pharmacy systems, electronic health records, and manage inventory Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless patient care and smooth workflow Handle daily pharmacy tasks, including cash register management and end-of-day reporting

What We're Looking For:

Completion of an approved Pharmacy Technician Training program Unrestricted Virginia Pharmacy Technician license 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred BLS certification required Commitment to HMC's core values:Compassion, Integrity, and Teamwork Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
