Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate the intake process for patients in a critical care setting
- Provide exceptional patient service by assisting with inquiries and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care
- Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information
- Work closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure proper medication management
- Adhere to aseptic techniques when handling medications and equipment
- Assist with the coordination of patient transfers to and from other healthcare facilities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Certification as a pharmacy technician is a plus
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
