Weekdays- 10-6 shift, occasional 9-5
Weekends- 8-5(sat)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the pharmacy operations by ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to patients. You will work closely with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and patients to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Duties
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries. Conduct intake processes for new prescriptions and medication refills. Maintain accurate patient records, including medication administration logs and profiles. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication management. Apply medical terminology effectively in communication with staff and patients. Support the pharmacy team in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
