Duties

As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately Managing inventory levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked Providing exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering advice on medication usage Maintaining accurate patient records and processing prescriptions efficiently Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy environment Supporting medication administration under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role within a healthcare setting Knowledge of medication administration practices and procedures Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare staff A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
