Job Description

Complete quality assurance activities for medication storage locations at main campus and regional sites. Provide recommendations and guidance on inventory and regulatory requirements. Provide pharmacy support for projects and ongoing improvement activities. Provides leadership through performance improvement and supports program development, organizational mission, and goals. Control and maintain oversight of inventory, provide customer service, perform data entry, and perform recordkeeping functions. Operate independently to perform quality assurance and drug storage inspections for clinics and inpatient units. Demonstrate team leadership skills by being knowledgeable in all areas of pharmacy operations, inventory, and regulatory requirements and serving as a resource to others.

Required Education and Experience

Graduation from Washington Board of Pharmacy accredited pharmacy technician training program, or equivalent. Ability to speak, read, and understand English. A demonstration of this ability is required. Two years employment at a Seattle Children's Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.

Required Credentials

Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification. WA State Driver's License.

Preferred

Previous pharmacy leadership experience.

Compensation Range

$35.28 - $52.92 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
