Southpoint Pharmacy is searching for a self-motivated pharmacy technician with community pharmacy experience for a part-full time position. All applicants must have at a minimum a High School diploma or equivalent and be registered with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Onsite training will be provided the candidates who are new to pharmacy workforce.

Southpoint Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy specializing in retail pharmacy. Hours are Monday thru Friday 9.00AM - 6:00PM, Saturday 10AM - 3PM, closed on Sundays```
- Assist licensed pharmacists in providing medication and other healthcare products to patients
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns

- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Proficient in medication administration and patient service
- Familiarity with critical care and aseptic technique
- Experience with IV infusion and inhale medications
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care
- Familiarity with pharmacy technician duties and responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
