We're looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Pharmacy who's all about patient care--no fluff, no red tape, just straight to the point.

Your focus?

Ensuring patients get the meds and advice they need, when they need it. We're cutting out the boring bureaucratic stuff, so you can do what you do best: help people feel better, faster.

- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

- Coordinating prescriptions delivery activities.
- Processing sales transactions and ensure correct pricing of items.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answering customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek resolutions.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.
- Performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store.

About You:

- A heart for Patient Care and value the role of Independent Pharmacies in Our Community.

- Experience with PMS such as PioneerRX is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
