Summary

As a Pharmacy Clerk at Weems Community Mental Health Center, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations. This position is essential for ensuring that patients receive their medications accurately and on time, contributing to their overall mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns regarding medications. Complete prior authorization with insurance companies Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care initiatives. Organize and manage pharmacy supplies efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience in a pharmacy or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to providing compassionate patient service.
