Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Pharmacy Clerk to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations by assisting walk-in patients, answering phone calls and packaging medications for delivery. We are looking for a friendly and personable individual with excellent communication and patient care skills. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting walk-in patients with prescription pick-up and inquiries Answer phone calls and schedule deliveries with customers in a courteous and professional manner Look up patient profiles and ensure accuracy in patient and prescription records Assist in prescription data entries and prescription refill requests Package medications for delivery and maintain proper documentation and records Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies related to medication handling and safety standards

Skills

Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care and communication Familiarity with computer programs including Gmail and Excel for data entry and record management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Spanish speaking required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
