Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and inventory management in LTC and hospital settings Support critical care and acute care teams by preparing IV infusions and handling aseptic techniques with precision Conduct medication intake procedures, verifying patient information and ensuring accurate documentation Maintain strict adherence to medical terminology standards and pharmacy protocols during medication administration Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, clarifying medication instructions, and supporting patient care initiatives Ensure compliance with hospital policies related to aseptic technique, medication storage, and inventory control Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth medication distribution and patient safety initiatives



Experience working in LTC pharmacy or hospital environments is highly preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures Critical care experience is a valuable asset for supporting complex patient needs Knowledge of IV infusion preparation, aseptic technique, and sterile compounding practices Proven pharmacy technician experience with familiarity in intake processes and inventory management Excellent communication skills to support patient service and interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to thrive in fast-paced acute care settings while maintaining attention to detail
