We seek a Pharmaceutical Program Manager to partner with internal colleagues and external clients to create and maintain project plans, implementations, and post-launch management for their pharmaceutical programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides management oversight of Genoa's pharma programs across departments
  • Coordinates and implements program changes, troubleshoots, and resolves service issues, and ensures that service levels meet and exceed expectations
  • Communicates progress to broader team and responsible for key milestones on data aggregation process with pharma manufacturer
  • Escalates and reports non-compliance issues to ensure efficient resolution
  • Monitors performance metrics and results to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provides oversight of contractual obligations and reporting for pharmaceutical manufacturers and serves as single point of contact
  • Schedules and prepares for quarterly business review meetings
  • Assists with staff training and in-services for business initiatives
  • Responsible for initial program launch and subsequent post launch management; schedules weekly meetings to review status for initial start of program and will continue for three months or longer as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Active pharmacist license in state of residence
  • 4+ years of experience in pharmacy or the healthcare industry
  • Experience using analysis tools or systems (ex. web based, custom, proprietary, etc.)
  • Experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts
  • Experience documenting requirements, creating training materials, and working directly with end users
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
