PAWSitive Solutions, LLC is a trusted, in-home pet care provider. Our independent pet care contractors travel to clients' homes to deliver pet sitting services based on each client's individual needs and instructions.

Location & Service Area

We primarily operate in Northwest Charlotte, within a 10-mile radius of the Mount Holly-Huntersville Road and Highway 16 (Brookshire Blvd) intersection. This includes neighborhoods such as Mountain Island, Paw Creek, and areas of Charlotte, Mount Holly, Denver, Stanley, and Huntersville. Expansion to nearby areas is possible.

Available Services

We offer two main types of pet care:

Pet Sitting Visits

While clients are away for work or vacation, sitters visit their home 1 to 4 times a day to walk, feed, and care for pets. You must be available for at least two weekends per month and be open to working during major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day).

Overnight Pet Sitting

Best suited for individuals with daytime jobs, this service requires staying at the client's home from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to care for pets overnight. Tasks include feeding, walking, giving medications, and providing companionship. An afternoon or evening visit (and occasionally a midday walk) may also be required and is paid separately.

Requirements to Join PAWSitive Solutions

To qualify, candidates must:

Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Own a smartphone with internet access and be responsive to texts, calls, and emails. Be familiar with the service area. Commit to a minimum of 6 months with the company. Be able to provide professional references. Additional Information

Our service area is divided into zones, and each pet sitter is assigned to a specific area. Initially, you'll fill in where needed, but over time, you'll develop your own group of clients in your preferred zone. We aim to keep assignments close to each sitter's home to help reduce travel and increase pay efficiency. Most visits are within 3-10 miles, with a 15-mile maximum unless the sitter agrees to go farther.

Note: Overnight visits may involve longer travel, as the sitter stays at the client's residence.
