This position requires

availability on at least 1 weekend day on (Saturday and/or Sunday) and availability on holidays on a rotating basis.



FULL TIME commitment

is highly preferred.

Great interpersonal and communication skills are required, in person and over the phone.



Dog handling and physical work are required

to assist with all resorts functions.

Hourly pay depends on experience level

in same or similar field.

The fast-growing Resort has multiple openings for a Client Relations Specialist to help drive and grow the business further. This is a unique opportunity to be involved with

a special team of dog enthusiasts focused on providing the best possible daycare and boarding services

in the area.

The Client Relations Specialist (CSR) role:



The CSR is responsible for ensuring every person visiting the Resort or contacting the Resort via phone or email, is provided with exceptional service exceeding their expectations, and for ensuring every dog spending time at the Resort is comfortable and happy throughout their stay.The CSR is an ambassador for the Resort mission and for the K9 Resorts brand core values.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS

Must be a dog lover! Must enjoy interaction with people! Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Enjoys working with others and fosters teamwork. Has an organized and detailed oriented approach. Self-driven, fast paced, and passionate about the success of the Resort.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Performs customer facing transactions, in person, over the phone, and by email, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures in the POS system Provides tours of the Resort to potential customers. Performs dog personal play time procedures. Performs dog daycare management procedures and do on a need basis. Performs cleaning and disinfecting procedures on a need basis. Performs feeding procedures on a need basis. Performs dog bathing procedures on a need basis. Strictly follows Resort procedures and policies.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation and experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer facing experience preferred.
Job requirements

Must enjoy interaction and be comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes. Must be customer service oriented. Must attend and pass the K9 Resorts training and certification program for CSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able work shifts starting at 6 am or ending at 8 pm. Must be able to work on selected Saturdays and Sundays and selected holidays. The facility is staffed 365 days per year. Must conform to brand dress code.
Technical skills

Basic dog behavior and dog handling knowledge required. Proficient in computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Physical requirements

Prolonged periods of standing, walking and moving around the facility. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 27 per week
