Responsibilities

Client Support & Coordination

: Provide a

positive, empathetic experience

as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, from check-in to check-out.

Schedule Management

:

Create, update, and own

the daily clinic schedule, ensuring the flow of appointments runs smoothly.

Team Collaboration

: Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver

top-notch care

for every patient.

Problem-Solving

: Remain calm under pressure, handling

in-clinic issues

with professionalism and efficiency.

Communication & Guidance

: Offer reassurance to pet parents, ensuring they know their furry family members are in

excellent hands

.

Veterinary/Animal Industry Background

: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or pet care setting.

: Proven success delivering

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Pay

: $19-$23/hour to start with opportunity to grow based on performance.
