Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated person to hire and train as a Pest Control Technician . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role requireslearning and understanding of pest control methods and customer service skills. Key individual will be team player and have ability to work independently. The technician will utilize various tools and equipment to ensure a pest-free environment for our clients. Job works well for persons of all ages.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. must be able to lift 50 lb Apply pest control treatments using pest control products, hand tools, power tools, as necessary. Provide recommendations to clients on preventative measures and ongoing pest management strategies. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including the types of treatments used and any follow-up actions required. Educate clients on the importance of pest control and lawn care practices to enhance their property's health. Drive to various job sites in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, or related fields is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. .Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments. Willingness to learn about new pest control techniques and industry standards. Be drug free
