with a friendly team is looking for a self motivated Pest Control /Lawn Spray Technician(experienced a must). Able to locate and identify infestations and determine the most efficient treatment. Must be comfortable to work outdoors in the heat of the summer, this is a position spraying lawns, shrubs with fungicide, fertilizer, insect control, etc. Our warehouses are located in Pompano Beach and Davie. If you have a positive attitude, career minded, physical stamina, able to work outdoors in the heat for long periods of time, have great communication, written, verbal and good math skills (necessary for mixing chemical solutions.) REQUIREMENTS

-Employee must have a Florida Driver license with clean record.

-Full time position, looking for ONE candidate that has passion for the Pest Control Industry and wants to make a career with an opportunity to growth. (a must) It is a Pest control technician position.( not a sprayer.)

This is a position working mostly outdoors, so you must be comfortable working outside in the heat of the summer.

-Pest Control experience preferred ! (min 1 year)

-Quick learner and able to work outdoors on the heat spraying lawns.

-High School diploma or college.

-Drug FREE and clean background (we check background)

-Physical stamina, ability to work and stand outdoors for long periods of time, lift/pull 50+ lbs.

-Strong communication, written, verbal, analytical and observational skills.

-Good aptitude in basic math (necessary for services consultation and chemicals conversions) customer oriented and work well with others. (a must)

DUTIES

-Perform 10 min vehicle inspection, making sure it is fully stocked/organized and re-stock upon arrival.

-Keep track of site inventory.

-Identify infestations and determine what is the best treatment.

-Follow scheduled route and procedures.

-Inspect properties for evidence of pests, assess damage, level of infestation and advice customer treatment options.

-Adjusting chemical mixtures according to size and type of infestation.

-Spray and dispense pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers around structure, indoors, outdoors, lawn and ornamentals.

-Set traps for rodents, place bait and removal after extermination.

-Able to diagnose the pests and advise customer how to avoid further infestation and identify any another pests where different treatment is required.

-Log and manage your jobs using our customer relationship management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
