Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial clients, ensuring the effective treatment and prevention of pest infestations. This role requires a strong understanding of pest behavior, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

We will train you if you have no experience.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest products safely or other pest control methods, follow all safety protocols and regulations. Provide clients with recommendations for pest prevention and maintenance, including lawn care and landscaping advice. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and client interactions. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to scheduled appointments. Educate clients on pest control practices and promote additional services as needed.

Skills

Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products. Experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to pest control tasks. Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license. Strong sales abilities to effectively promote services to clients. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and education.
