Pest Control Team Lead

Bill's Home Service, a local, family-owned company that's been proudly serving southern Arizona since 1964, is looking for an experienced pest control team lead to join our leadership team.

As team lead, you'll oversee our pest control department, ensuring technicians deliver safe, effective and customer-focused service. You'll balance office responsibilities like ordering inventory, reviewing safety reports and conducting performance reviews with fieldwork such as inspections, coaching ride-alongs and supporting technicians with challenging jobs. This role is key to keeping our team efficient, safe and consistent while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities at a glance

Oversee pest control department operations Order equipment, inventory and chemicals as needed Conduct quarterly technician reviews and performance check-ins Perform weekly site inspections by shadowing a technician and reviewing completed services Provide field coaching and feedback to technicians Address customer issues directly or assist technicians in resolving them Monitor driver safety alerts and truck inspections Ensure services are performed safely, effectively and to company standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Demonstrated excellence in pest control services Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills Ability to balance office responsibilities with fieldwork Commitment to safety, compliance and customer satisfaction
