Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Customer Service Associate to drive our outreach efforts for a leading pest control provider. As a Pest Control Customer Service Associate, you'll serve as both the face and the voice of the brand, helping homeowners feel informed, supported, and confident in the pest protection solutions we deliver. In this role, you'll be building meaningful relationships through in-person interaction, clearly explaining service plans, and ensuring homeowners understand exactly how we can help.

In addition to customer engagement, the Pest Control Customer Service Associate will track leads, update customer information, and maintain detailed records of every conversation. You'll work alongside other Pest Control Customer Service Associate team members and outreach leaders to refine strategies, support follow-up efforts, and meet campaign goals. Your efforts as a Pest Control Customer Service Associate will be central to converting interest into loyal customers, all while representing our brand with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do as a Pest Control Customer Service Associate



Conduct in-person outreach to homeowners, explaining pest control services and protection options Build meaningful customer relationships by communicating clearly, listening actively, and sharing product knowledge Promote pest control service packages, and help prospects sign up for new accounts Track customer data, follow up on leads, and assist in meeting outreach campaign goals Collaborate closely with other Pest Control Customer Service Associates and team leaders to refine strategy and improve results Provide post?engagement support, answering questions and ensuring customers feel confident in their plan Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Pest Control Customer Service Associate Qualifications:



Communicates clearly, confidently, and with warmth in face-to-face settings Has a genuine interest in customer service, outreach, and helping others find solutions Is self?motivated, goal?oriented, and comfortable working independently Is resilient in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment Is open to learning new skills, accepting feedback, and growing into leadership roles Has prior customer service, field sales, events, or marketing experience (a plus, but not required)
