Job Description



We are looking for a Personal Services Coordinator to manage the hiring, documentation, and follow-up of internal and external personnel, ensuring compliance with administrative and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and interview internal and external personnel. Coordinate contracts and required documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
Requirements

Administrative or personnel coordination experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional communication skills. Basic digital tools experience (Buildertrend is a plus). Bilingual English Spanish
