Job Description
We are a family-owned agency seeking a full-time Property & Casualty Licensed individual with experience in personal lines to join our team with room for growth. Please only apply if you have a Property & Casualty license or previous insurance experience. Bilingual - Spanish required Job Responsibilities Include
- Managing Personal Lines accounts
- Preparing applications
- Obtaining and reviewing quotes
- Binding and/or checking policies
- Processing endorsements
- Remarketing of policies
- Rewrite non-renewals and cancellations
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to resolve difficult situations to client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and willing to assist others
- A good memory for data and details
- Computer and typing skills
- Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours
- Be a good listener and exhibit sound judgment
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to critically analyze situations and solve problems effectively
- Experience using an Agency Management System (EPIC- highly desired but not required)
- Health insurance
