We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and sales to our customers, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Duties
Manage existing Personal Lines customer policies.
Upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Experience
Previous experience in personal lines customer service role is preferred, especially in a call center environment.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is essential for maintaining accurate records.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail to ensure effective communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
