Duties



Client-Focused: Deliver attentive, high-quality service while building lasting relationships with clients. Solution-Oriented: Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and work to resolve issues promptly. Issue Resolution: Address and follow through on client inquiries related to billing, claims and coverage. Technology Proficient: Use office and insurance software systems confidently to support daily workflow and client communications. Organized and Efficient: Manage multiple priorities effectively, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Engaged Communication: Interact with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide clear, helpful information. Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships with clients to support long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, communications, and policy updates. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and share insight that enhances client experience.

Skills



Licensing: State of Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license or at least 3 years of current property and casualty insurance customer service or insurance account management experience is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information across diverse audiences. Ability to perform analysis of customer data to assist clients with their entire insurance program. Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues with professionalism and empathy. Experience with AMS360 beneficial.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
