The Edward Law Group is seeking a results-driven

Personal Injury Attorney

to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for justice and a proven ability to advocate for clients who have suffered personal injuries. This role involves managing a caseload from intake through resolution, negotiating settlements, and litigating in court when necessary. You'll be a key part of a client-focused, high-performing team committed to achieving meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial consultation to case resolution Investigate claims, gather evidence, and assess liability and damages Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Maintain regular and empathetic communication with clients Collaborate with paralegals, medical professionals, and other experts to build strong cases Stay current on legal trends and developments in personal injury law.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice law in Georgia 1+ years of experience handling personal injury cases (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and litigation abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
