As a Service Tech, you will provide our guests with equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Specifications:
  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.35
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time
  • Skill Level: Entry Level
Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition

Perform both tuning and repair services for guests - we will train you!

Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards

May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform bike tunes, maintenance or repairs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends

Commitment to exceptional Customer Service

Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods

Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.35. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
