Wellspring Medical Solution is seeking an ambitious, personable, and results-driven Personal Sales Consultant to join our luxury wellness and aesthetics team. This is a commission-based position--ideal for a high-performer who thrives on connecting with people, closing sales, and helping clients feel confident in their self-care journey.

You will follow up on high-quality inbound leads, provide in-person consultations, and guide clients through our services--including laser hair removal, weight loss, and skin wellness programs.

Responsibilities

Follow up with potential clients via phone, text, email, and CRM Conduct professional consultations (in-person) to assess client needs Educate and recommend personalized service plans Convert leads into paying clients through relationship-based selling Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals Track all sales activities using CRM tools Stay informed on promotions, procedures, and product offerings Collaborate with clinical and front desk staff for smooth client experiences

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or medical aesthetics preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed Tech-savvy; experience with CRM/scheduling tools a plus Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Passion for wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics Bilingual is a plus but not required
