Be One of Goldy's First Personal Care Enrichment Specialists!

We are actively interviewing and selecting our first Enrichment Specialists ahead of our official launch in prominent areas of the Denver Metro. Those chosen will be first in line for client matching as we begin providing services. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new approach to aging support--one rooted in dignity, emotional confidence, and personalized care.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Specialist, you'll provide hands-on, compassionate assistance with personal routines like bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Many of our clients are largely independent but benefit from having a calm, thoughtful presence during moments that can feel physically challenging or emotionally vulnerable.

This is a heart-led role for someone who understands that personal care is about more than completing tasks--it's about how someone feels in the quiet moments that shape their day. Whether you're offering a steady hand, honoring a client's grooming preferences, or simply providing peaceful companionship, your presence brings comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.

What You'll Do

Each Visit (Routine Support):

Assist with showering, bathing, sponge baths, and other hygiene routines with calm and care Support grooming tasks such as brushing hair, shaving, skin care, applying lotion, or trimming nails Help with dressing, including selecting clothes and supporting coordination when needed Assist with safe mobility around the home (e.g., transferring from bed to chair, steady walking, support on stairs) Prepare or set out clothing and grooming supplies in a way that makes the routine easier for the client Monitor emotional state and comfort level throughout the visit, adjusting pace and tone accordingly Ensure the personal care area is left clean, dry, and safe--laundering towels, sanitizing surfaces, and putting away supplies

Additional Responsibilities:

Monitor grooming and hygiene supply levels Provide quiet companionship and emotional reassurance, helping clients feel comfortable and respected Complete a short checklist in the Goldy service delivery application after each visit, documenting what was completed, any observations, and anything the broader Goldy team should know to ensure consistent, high-quality service

Job Details & Requirements

Compensation:

Paid per visit (not hourly but based on a minimum of $25/hr), plus mileage for travel during your shift

Scheduling:

Visits coordinated based on the client's Goldy plan, including their desired routines, ideals, and preferred times of day--part-time and flexible

Vehicle:

Reliable, insured, and clean vehicle required (for client transportation if needed)

License:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
