What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate assistance with residents' daily living needs (meals, bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.) Support residents with meaningful engagement and activities. Help create a safe, respectful, and caring environment. Partner with nurses and other team members to follow resident care plans. Assist in the dining room and with light room tidying. Ensure safety, sanitation, and accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For:

A heart for serving older adults with compassion and respect. Ability to follow care plans and policies while working as part of a team. Reliability, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Physical ability to support residents safely (lifting, transfers, walking assistance).
