Location: Private Home in Park Rapids, MN

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 25 hours/week

Pay rate: $20 per hour, paid through care agency

Are you compassionate, organized, and eager to make a meaningful difference in someone's life? I am seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to assist me with daily living activities in my private home. I have a physical disability and value a relationship built on mutual respect, care, great communication, and a sense of fun.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as showering, dressing, meal preparation, exercising, and performing cleaning and laundry tasks. Applicants must like dogs and cats, as I have two of each. I strive for a caring, patient, and positive environment filled with grace and generous assumptions. Other important skills are attention to detail, organizational skills, and great communication skills. In addition, reliability and punctuality are essential. No previous experience required; I'm happy to train the right person. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background study.
