Job Summary:
As a Personal Care Aide, you'll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You'll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors -- helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes.
This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. You'll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first.
Hourly Wage:
$14.50 /hr. to start - $15.50 /hr. after 90 days
Schedule:
First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required
Observe and report any changes in participant condition to the care team
Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care
Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives
Build rapport and trust through kindness, empathy, and respectful communication

Must be at least 18 years of age
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with the frail or elderly population is a plus -- but not required. We'll provide hands-on training and mentoring to help you grow!
Requirements:
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 pounds
Must be able to assist with participant evacuations when necessary
May encounter environmental challenges in participant homes -- proper protocols must be followed
