RESPONSIBILITIES


Provide exceptional and memorable service to all branch visitors while committing to a seamless experience that supports our members by answering questions, understanding concerns, troubleshooting and resolving member issues, and escalating when necessary. Actively promote and advise on products and services based on members' needs through member assessment discussions and provide referrals to appropriate departments for specialized products and services when necessary. Serve members by counseling, offering solutions, and assisting members in achieving their short and long- term financial goals. Assist members with the loan process from start to finish, including the origination of consumer loans and evaluating and verifying loan applications and credit criteria. Maintain strong knowledge of credit union products and services and adhere to all DRCU security procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines. Process deposits, withdrawals, and all member transactions via phone or in person efficiently and accurately while establishing and progressing sincere, long-lasting relationships with Utilize basic computer and cash-handling skills effectively, including maintaining a balanced cash Open, maintain, and service member accounts with attention to Review documents for accuracy and ensure all information is correctly processed

QUALIFICATIONS
