Job Description


We are seeking a Personal Assistant / Office Administrative (Remote) for immediate hire. The administrative assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and assist in the overall productivity of our office. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform clerical tasks to maintain client files
  • Data entry into database to maintain client records and files
  • Maintain deadline driven calendars
  • Interact with clients, municipalities, and staff
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform research and update records and files
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects as directed
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within and complete tasks on deadline
