Personal Assistant

to help manage day-to-day promotions, social media, and marketing efforts for both the salon and gym.

Position Summary

The Personal Assistant will work directly with the owner to plan, create, and manage marketing content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, community engagement, and creating fun, inspiring content that connects with women through beauty, health, and fitness.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and manage

social media posts, reels, and stories

for both businesses Capture engaging

photo and video content

in the salon and gym Assist with

marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events

Help organize and promote

community events and transformation challenges

Maintain consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across platforms Support light administrative, creative, or organizational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and tools such as

Canva

or similar apps Creative eye for design, photography, and video Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects Interest or experience in

beauty, wellness, or fitness

is a plus

Schedule

10-15 hours per week (flexible) Some weekend or evening availability for events may be required

Pay

Based on experience
Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
